How fast is the turnaround?

Social clips: 48 hours standard. Content & Studio plans get 24-hour priority. Enterprise clients can request same-day rush delivery. We never sacrifice quality for speed — our editors are trained for both.

Do I need to sign a long contract?

No. We require a 30-day initial sprint so we can dial in your brand style, then it’s month-to-month. Most creators and brands stay 12+ months because the content keeps getting better.

What if I already have an in-house editor?

Perfect — many Studio and Enterprise clients have internal teams. We plug in as an overflow or specialty squad (motion graphics, color, sound design) so your team can focus on shooting and strategy.

Do you handle raw footage or just editing?

We handle both. Send us raw footage and we’ll cut, grade, and polish. Or send us rough cuts and we’ll refine them. We also source stock footage, B-roll, and licensed audio when needed.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade between Social, Content, and Studio at any monthly cycle. Most clients start at Content and upgrade once video becomes their primary growth channel.
